Northrop Grumman is currently looking for an Industrial Security Administrator to work in our Dayton, OH location
  • Active DoD SECRET security clearance current within 5 years
  • 3-5 years of security related experience
  • Implementing company practices and policies.
  • Adhering to policies, practices, and procedures of the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) DoD 5220.22-M. and DoD Manual 5205.07, Volumes 1-4.
  • Under supervision, administers routine aspects of the DOD or other industrial security program to ensure compliance with applicable security policies and procedures
  • Shall conduct and support security education programs.
  • Investigates security incidents and violations and will recommend corrective action plan.
  • Knowledgeable of the Government systems of JPAS and COMSEC. Must have experience with the Electronic Questionnaire Investigation Process (eQIP).
  • Requires the ability to make sound decisions, process good time management, and provide focused solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate information to various Government Customers at all levels of the organization both verbally and through written communications.
  • Must be well organized, willing to work in a team environment, be able to prioritize tasking, and perform on multi-task efficiently within a dynamic environment
  • Must be dependable and possess the qualities of Customer Service orientated.
  • Must have excellent judgment, problem solving capabilities and use discretion and initiative.
  • Monitors security procedures; ensures compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security procedures.

  • CPSO Experience Preferred
  • Alternate FSO Experience Preferred
  • Completed courses for JCAVS, Cyber Security Awareness and PII - Preferred
