Staff Program Manager, ePMO As a Program Manager within Blackhawk Network's ePMO group, we need a self-motivated, driven individual with exceptional program management skills and a technical background that can work collaboratively within a global, matrixed and fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for managing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholder groups. This role will work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to develop execute product roadmaps. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives through the life-cycle of the products Work with cross-functional teams comprising business, product management, engineering, vendors, and support teams to ensure on time, on budget, quality delivery of solutions that support business and technology strategy Develop strong working relationships in the business and technology teams to ensure overall program success Proactively and aggressively manage expectations with stakeholders regarding deliverables, timelines and budget Ability to communicate (written and verbal) at all levels (executives, business and technology leadership, program teams, peers) Roll up hisher sleeves and be involved in the nitty-gritty to ensure successful program delivery Apply business domain and technical acumen to ramp up quickly on new technologies and processes Perform program cost benefit analyses, budget and actuals variance analysis and report regularly on program status to management Effectively identify, assess, prioritize and manage program risks and issues Qualifications 6+ years of experience in IT program management, management consulting or similar discipline Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field Strong technical background desired Experience working with AgileScrum methodologies and Rally, Confluence, Portfolio management tools Technical knowledge of MS Program, Visio, MS Office Experience managing initiatives involving design and implementation of new strategic capabilities, business process improvements or automation, or enhancements to existing systems Good understanding of or experience working in the payments industry and ecommerce domain a plus Ability to create, refine, and implement processmethodology Is self-motivated, creative with a high-level of energy, excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills ndash able to present information, status, and issues in a clear and concise manner with the goal of driving to a decision able to filter and distill information to the right audience Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast changing environment About Blackhawk Network Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.
